I wasn't so sure right at first. In the beginning moments of her performance, Sarah Rudinoff was onstage, there were toilet flushing noises, restless couch lounging, etc... Was this seventh grade drama class? A half an hour later I was hysterically laughing. Even hard things, even completely tragic things, Sarah made them funny. And in between her talking, she sang with a gorgeous voice.

it's morning, and i didn't sleep well.....

i felt the same way as it started, and was also caught giggling uncontrollably through much of sarah's performance. sarah was adorable, original and honest. i wish i could see it again right now. i felt so entertained the whole time, so amused by her stories and so absorbed by her songs. the laughter in the theater was contagious. i didn't even know why i was laughing when she sang "part of your world" but i still couldn't stop myself. i think i'm going to be giggling at it all day.
