You have to be diligent, but you WILL GET THERE. And then it’s so rewarding and you want to go deeper, deeper, deeper! I’m happy for you. Also, just do a one minute forward bend every night before bed! Or just generally a minimum of stretching. It takes 2 seconds and keeps you “in the game” for those days you don’t make it to yoga class.
