I remember watching Batman Forever during the last week of school back in high school. I went with about half a dozen of my nerdiest friends, and we had a blast. I thought it was the greatest movie ever. Then I bought the DVD and watched it by myself years later. It was only then that I realized how utterly crappy it really was. It comes in second, only to Batman and Robin, in the amount of time, money, and talent wasted in pursuit of creating a good comic book movie.
BTW, no, I haven’t seen X3 yet…and yes, I know that all the cool kids already have.
