Happy Birthday, "Fifi!" I hope that someone puts a nice cake into that pretty li'l face of yours, that you get and/or see at least 1 balloon, and that you are heaped with piles of riches.
WHEN YOU ARE A DOCTOR YOU WILL BE MY DOCTOR! THAT IS JOB SECURITY! I have such infinite respect for you, Ms. Fiona. I hope your birthday is not embarrassing and full of love.
We're so lucky to have you as a friend and our future resident UrHo doctor. Hope today manages to be fun despite finishing up medicine...see you at GK!
Happy Day Fiona. I'll be there on Friday for the celebrations.

Oh my god! My blog has been hacked!! By birthday well-wishers. Thank you guys so much. I am actually having a great day so far, up here at the old hospital. My resident promised me free pizza.
in case the bear e card was not enough, I have come here to lend mine voice in support of the general feelings of love. I would also like to point out that Krystal is RIGHT when she says that being her doctor = job security. SHE HAS A WEIRD BODY! I love you, dude. I love you and your nice spirit and your big freakish brain.
(I'm not entirely sure what that means, but I like how it sounds and I always write it in office birthday cards and stuff. I think it means "I hope you live a long time." Which is true. I do hope that for you. And I also hope you have a great b-day and other great days.)

Happy Birthday, honey. If you only knew how many times I reference "my friend Fiona, who lives in Portland and is in med school" in reference to myriad subject matter, you would maybe blush.
My thoughts are with you.*
* I somewhat recently used this phrase in a card to someone who had miscarried. I thought you would appreciate its versatility.
Happy Birthday again Fiona, I made you a new header graphic and made a couple little CSS changes! We should jam soon and we can change other stuff too.

Catching up on Fiona's blog, I am sorry to read that she had to spend her birthday working. I hope that she has had many happy occasions to make up for that very unfortunate circumstance.
