Remember when we were discussing maturity and baking attempts yesterday? I think Abby just figuratively put a down payment on a house and paid off some loans. But honestly, don't get me started on Abby and her samosa making, olive bread baking abilities. My face gets all scrunchy when I'm jealous like that.

While we're on the topic of Abby's awesomeness, she just dropped this little gold nugget in my inbox. Ha! It's Audrey's parents' court report. So it wasn't tax evasion at all that landed them in the slammer, but "embezzlement or misapplication from a government child nutrition program." So maybe it was more her parents stealing food money from needy kids and less her beautiful, beautiful face that pissed people off. Just saying.

Okay, people, I know the ol' "in like a lion" saying, but it is currently snowing SIDEWAYS out my window. Sideways. Not the Oscar award-winning film, but cold, nasty slush hurling at 10 mph directly at my face as I walk home from the subway.
