I’m SO bummed i missed out on the invitational…i am drooling just imagining your grilled cheese!!!
I”m working with team to pull together some local LA food producers…would love to have you guys involved and get a taste of the legendary grilled cheese. let me know if you’re interested.. .would be AWESOME to have you.

Last year Ellen Digeneres asked the GCI to have someone do the same thing you’re asking. It’s not that we don’t want to! It’s that it’s really fucking hard and we refuse to make a less good sandwich. Maybe soon. Oh, and Daiya is not the answer.
