These A-a-a-amazing little cookies are supposed to be for the neighborhood picnic. Of course, you can’t miss what you don’t know.
Try this recipe.
For the uninitiated, this is not your average cookie. The first bite opens with a rich buttery flavor that spreads across the tongue. Light chewy cookie bits yield gooey chocolate bites that melt in your mouth mingling perfectly to give you that butter, chocolate sugar swoon. Just when you think, eh, this is pretty good… you get the “smokey smack down” from the earthy sea salt. This cookie will take you by surprise and mercilessly leave you wanting more.
Thanks for this recipe.
Sorry If I was a little overzealous.

also: do yourself a favor and get good butter for making this reppie: the higher the fat content the better.
same with chocolate: do not buy chips (they all suck).

Does this cookie have more of a dense, buttery texture, or is it more light and cakey? I’ve been experimenting with some desserts myself and keep making cookies that are too much like cake. I want gooey buttery goodness in a cookie. Will this recipe provide?
