blues go really well with sweeter boozes, so they are an ideal match for the rogue hazel (which is super sweet). If you can find the smokey blue its the perfect match. not only is it a great blue but its made in the same area as your beer AND its smoked over a fire mostly comprised of hazelnut shells.
