Author (#19)July 2007 Archives

Every day I will write about parts or wholes of my day that involved time & motion.

Today:

-Heard a 14-month old, who currently knows fewer than 10 words, say my name almost perfectly. Taught the 14-month old how to throw away dirty napkins.

-Got margaritas and tacos at Por Que No with Bethany. Got all giggly and talked about the body urge, weddings, and how my mix CDs sound "cokey".

-Found a dead ruby-skinned ladybug on my desk. Left it on my desk.
---->This is ironic because I accidentally smashed a ladybug that was sitting on my shoulder yesterday afternoon at the bus stop.

-Studied the slant of light.

-Allowed the pith of darkness.

-Admired the word "slaughter".

-Made a grocery list for two.
