you may not know this, but I make an ACTUAL PAPER photo zine, called Adventures in High Contrast Living. They are handmade via xerox, printed in editions of 100, and have different themes like Ode to JG(Ballard), 01.01.00, New Zealand Pt 2, Girls Rock Camp, and Hi Fashion NYC. Tales of my rambles and whatnot. I have been folding up the little guys since 2000 and I'm up to issue #24. amazing.

the new one is called "concrete, stone, paint + plaster" and the images up top are the centerfold. all recent pictures from istanbul and edirne, a few of which have been on dokuchan. You can get it by paypal for $3 to dictionarybreath@yahoo.com. send me your mailing address and tell your friends.

ever since I was a little kid visiting Istanbul, I always liked the spice bazaar best

the grand bazaar gets more props, but the spice bazaar is tastier and less overwhelming

I am still snacking on my purchases and they are obscenely delicious, definitely splurge on the 16 YTLs

spice market it's only been a week and already I miss you. for reals.
