hey there
it's getting towards the end of the month and I still have so many bands and musicians to show you
pictures of, but it will be nice to go back to my usual random ways
for now though, as we go into the final stretch of the all music february spectacular
I bring you
the blow goes goth!
it was strictly for research.
Khaela has a more classic style, and apparently never went through a "goth phase" like a lot of the rest of us. um, high school, anyone?
so she needed to observe the goth dancing in its natural habitat for piece she was working on, but she also needed to blend in.
first and hardest rule, stop smiling.
you spend a lot of time getting ready as a goth
then you go out and dance and pose and look sullen,
go home and talk with your friends
perfect.

I made this black, woolen cloak for myself in high school, with a fake silver clasp and everything! And I would wear these silk shirts and stuff... It was RAD.
And all thanks to DEVIL MUSIC and a WOMAN!

Oh yeah, I had this big wool cloak I would wear, and long black velvet skirts, and I still kind of miss these black oxfords, they were good shoes...mostly though I think I got the goth firmly out of my system.
