APT IN PARK SLOPE

FROM August 5, 2005

If anyone wants to take over a HUGE 2-bedroom apt in park slope aug 15 or sept 1, 2 blcks from subway, 1 bl. from prospect park, $1800/mo, email julianneshepherd@yahoo.com. we are moving out and our landlord and neighbors are SO SO nice that we would like for someone to just take it over, rather than making them get a broker, etc. giant living room, wood flrs, one bedroom almost as big as living room, the other also a great size, tons of light, no effed up walk-thru situations. it's a great apt, the neighbrs are cool old "we've lived here for 45 years," and again, the landlord is like the nicest man in brooklyn and we wanna help him out. hit me up if yr interested.

I have slept in the living room no less than 27 times since she moved in last year, shit is the nicest.

Hey Julianne -

Do you think that the apartment could fit three people well or would that be too cramped?

if so, could you PLEASE PLEASE send me an email (take out the *AT* in the address) with any pictures... I was looking in the area and am sehr interested.
