hey. havent read ur blog for like 3 weeks so just caught up a bit. glad your dad is good. i had an almost identical situation with my mum in April, when she had a stroke and had to have her corrotted arteries dealt with (major surgery) and i was off to france for residency and finishing my film. it all gets too much. too schizo sometimes. but alls well and well done to ur dad for farting eh!

Well, I'm home and farting up a storm - with the new and improved plumbing, I haven't yet figured out how to turn it off - and it does smell like roses inspite of Matthew's claims to the contrary. Thanks to all who sent their good wishes and especially for your warm friendship and support you gave to Matthew. As you all know, he is a very special fellow and I am very lucky to have such a wonderful man for my son.
Take care of yourselfs and each other.
Matt's Dad.
